Ett trevligt, ljust studentrum på 12 kvm, en trappa upp i ett lugnt hus där en annan student också bor tillsammans med mig själv. Omgivningen är mycket nära studentstaden, så det är lätt att träffa kompisar. Det är ett mycket lugnt område utan biltrafik, två minuter från campus Engelska Parken & 5 minuter till Blåsenhus.
In my 5 rooms house, there is one beautifull room I want to rent. The room has a balcony, which is very nice. The room is about 12 kvm and very light. White curtains, white floor and white roof. Two wardrobes, very classical, a bed and a couple of laptop desks. Chairs of course and lamps... The room is close to Engelska Parken and busses lead you everywhere you wish.
The area is very quiet, no traffic close to the doors. But there are some cats so it is very important that you are not allergic. In the house, there is two bathrooms and we share a kitchen. The rent is 3 500 all included: wifi, electricity, water and even a general insurance.

Genuine light nice and quiet stundent-room in a townhouse where another student is also living with me. The room is furnished with the basics, such as bed table and wardrobes and chairs and lamps. There are two bathrooms in the house and they are shared. The kitchen is also shared, fully equipped. with shelves for you in the freezer and fridge etc. The house is a five minute walk to engelska parken, and to blåsenhus. If you need a bus there are buses leading you everywhere. The area is in the middle of studentstaden, so you will be close to your fellow students. Everything is included in the rent., wifi, electricity, heating and water.
