We are renting out a quite new apartment of 45 sqm meters, available from Mid-May. The apartment contains one living room and kitchen combined, plus a sleeping room, and bathroom with laundry. The property is from 2020, built with a high standard and unique architecture.

The apartment is very well located, 7 mins bike ride to the central station and 11 mins bike ride to the University. Kapellgärdet is a popular area within walking distance to the city center. In the neighborhood, you find restaurants, an ICA, and pharmacies. You are also close to the Fyrishov swimming pool, running tracks in Röbo, and many other pleasant green areas. Good cycle paths and bus connections.

As a resident, you have access to the association's three common roof terraces. One of them has a sun deck with a panoramic view. The second has an outdoor kitchen and growing boxes, and the third has a nice view of the castle and cathedral.
