I'm looking for a non-smoking tenant for 1,5 room in my house in Hågaby, a calm and very green area, next to Nåsten nature reserve.
The room is at ground floor level.
Private: one furnished room and a small pentry without water but with fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle.
Shared: Bathroom with bathtub and shower, kitchen, entryway and garden that goes all the way around the house.
About 4 km to central Uppsala: you can go by bike or bus. The bus stop for no 2 is 250 m from the house. Bus 2 connects well with bus 12 to Ångström and SLU.
Everything is included in the rent, broadband with tv-channels, electricity, water, heat, use of washing machines.
I live in the rest of the house and will also use kitchen, bathroom, entryway and garden.
4.900 kr/month.
Deposition of a month's rent is paid before moving in.
Two friendly dogs are often staying in my part of the house.
