We have rooms available for the spring semester 2025 until July 31st 2025. The rooms are furnished and electricity, water and internet is included.
Applicants must write their Swedish personal identification number in the application. If you don't have a Swedish personal identification number from the tax office, e-mail us your passport number to finalize the application (info@housingoffice.se).
You will need to arrange for home insurance on your own.
The picture is an example of a room, variations may occur.

We provide housing by appointment to Uppsala University and our housing facilities are available to international university visitors only. This is a non profit assignment and our aim is to to give value for money and offer varying sizes and locations that will suit as many as possible. Uppsala University Housing Office is administrated by Akademihotellet.
Uppsala University Housing Office rent apartments and rooms from various house owners in Uppsala to sublet to foreign university vistors. All units are furnished, but standard, living areas and equipment vary so please see descriptions for each area.
If we have vacant rooms we have a collaboration with Studentboet to rent them out to anyone looking for housing for a shorter period of time. Short-term accommodation are rooms/apartments booked during the semester, and available for the ongoing semester only. Short-term rental agreements cannot be extended.
